These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Tilesbazzar ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Companies listed on Tilesbazzar have their own agreement with us covering their listings. These terms cover your use of the site as a visitor or account holder.
Your account
You can browse listings without an account. Viewing supplier contact details, raising verification inquiries and other account features require you to register. When you register:
- Your mobile number identifies your account, so give us one that is yours and that you can receive messages on. We use it to verify you and to reset your password.
- Give accurate details, and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- One account per person. Do not share an account, and do not create an account on someone else's behalf without their say-so.
You can sign in with Google instead of a password. If you do, Google confirms your identity to us — we never see your Google password.
Plans and payment
- A plan is a subscription for a fixed number of months, at the price shown when you buy it. Payment is arranged with our team, and your plan starts once we activate it on your account.
- While a plan is active you can view supplier contact details without limit.
- Each plan includes a set number of verification inquiries. That allowance belongs to the subscription period: raising an inquiry uses one, and any left unused when the plan ends do not carry over.
- Access ends when the subscription period ends. Plans do not renew on their own — you buy the next one when you want it.
- Prices can change, but never for a plan you have already bought. A price change applies from your next purchase.
- If you think you have been charged wrongly, contact us and we will look into it.
Verification inquiries
A verification inquiry asks us to look into a company or a person you are thinking of dealing with. We check what we reasonably can — the address, whether the business appears genuine, and whether there is any history of fraud against the name — and report what we find.
Please read the next part carefully, because it is the heart of this service:
- Our findings are information to help you decide. They are not a guarantee, a warranty, or an endorsement of anyone.
- We report what we could establish at the time we looked. A clean result means we found nothing against that name — not that nothing exists, and not that nothing will happen later.
- This is not legal, credit, or financial advice.
- The decision to trade with anyone, and on what terms, is yours alone. Do your own checks as well, particularly on large orders or advance payments.
Raise inquiries only about businesses and people you have a genuine dealing with or are considering one with. Inquiries are not for curiosity, for checking up on private individuals, or for anything to do with employment, tenancy or credit decisions.
Listings, stock and companies
- We are a marketplace, not a seller. We do not manufacture, own, hold or sell any tiles listed on the site.
- Stock, sizes, grades, prices and company details come from the companies themselves. We show them in good faith but cannot promise every detail is accurate or still available.
- Any order, payment, delivery, quality issue or dispute is between you and that company. We are not a party to it.
- Posts and catalogues belong to the companies that upload them and stay their responsibility.
What you upload
When you raise an inquiry you may upload a visiting card and write a message. By uploading, you confirm you are allowed to share those details with us, and you give us permission to store and use them for the purpose of carrying out that inquiry and keeping a record of it.
Do not upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or personal details you have no business sharing.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Scrape, bulk-download, copy or resell listings, company profiles or contact details, or use them to build a competing database.
- Use contact details obtained here for spam or bulk marketing.
- Share your account, or pass on details behind the paywall to people without a plan.
- Impersonate anyone, or give false details when registering or raising an inquiry.
- Interfere with the site, try to get around its security or access limits, or probe it without our written permission.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Suspension and closure
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to harm others. Where the situation allows, we will tell you why first. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
Our responsibility, and its limits
We take real care over this service, and nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that: we provide the site as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for losses arising from your dealings with a company you found here, from decisions you took based on a verification result, or from listing details that turned out to be wrong. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
